Another beautiful Sunday.

Life really is a beauty isn't it? My end term papers start this coming friday and then it'll be 2 more papers till I un-officially am a graduate. Diploma graduate... Thinking back on all the school terms that I have been through, I realised that I haven't tried hard enough. Else I would have graduated 1 year ago, if not for my sense of irresponsibility at that time. Partying hard, playing hard, and just not understanding the importance of education. But my wake up call really did shook me up HARD. (I got kicked out and had to appeal back to school.) Thankfully, I could resume where I left off, repeating those that I did not manage to pass. So please, DO STUDY HARD and treasure the education you have. Sometimes it's not easy to get a second chance. I'm not counting on that, so I really have this last hurdle to leap over with all the strength I have. I can do it. I will.

Anyways, it's a Sunday, and the second day of work for my beautiful girlfriend. She was posted to Ngee Ann City yesterday and it's Marina Square for her today. I'll leave home at around 845pm later to pick her up from work. Hope I won't be too early like yesterday though haha. As they say, better to be early than to be late. Especially when it comes to my lovely, sweet, sexy, ang moh girlfriend. ;)

Speaking of which, Valentine's Day is just around the corner... I really am at wits' end thinking about what to get her. Flowers? Perfume? Hrmm... so many choices, only 1 chance.

I know this is going to be out of context, but I really hope to start practicing again for turntabling after my exams. Buying more records, mixing more, scratching more, making beats. My standard is just plain rock-bottom. It's time I did something about it, and also start arranging for tennis at either Simei or play in school. Heh... At least I am good at that... I suppose. And head to the gym more often to get myself ready for enlistment. Oh and I better call CMPB on Monday since I've no idea which PES status am I. I was in PES D because they thought my blood had some G6PD deficiency, but now that after the blood test all's clear, I've no idea what the hell PES status I am. So.... better call them real soon. Hope I don't need to go all the way to Lower Delta just for a silly test.

And... that's that for now. It's time to start mugging again. Final hurdle, one chance, I will succeed.

Best regards,
Ji

Just lost my damn iPod Nano in sch. Phreaking sad now I tell you. The pouch must've dropped out when I reached in my pocket for my car keys. Shit happens. And this is SHIT. Smelly shit. But ah.... guess it's time to make way for the iPod Shuffle. Damn small too. $138. Hrmm... Guess I'll get it in the month of Feb.

Still, smelly shit. It happens.

Cars dress up enthusiasts.

In M'sia and other parts of the world, car dress up enthusiasts aren't shot down by their own countrymen. Instead, their rides are showcased and applauded for their efforts. We all know we don't have the dough to own a supersports car, so we try to dress our little rides to be like one. There is simply nothing wrong with that to what I can see. But of course, don't try to drive like a Ferrari/Lamborghini when you're just steering a not. Hence the term "dress-up enthusiasts" and not "driving enthusiasts". So what's all these shit about a certain magazine in Singapore giving those "car dressers" a term called "RICERS". I think it's downright insulting. Why? Because instead of encouraging the local car culture here, they're shooting it down like crows. Then right after shooting, you diss about the slow growing culture etc. I mean come on! Encourage the scene la for goodness sake! Not everyone is as rich to get a JDM supercar or Euro Supersports car. With the damn expensive COE, taxes, petrol prices and whatever it is, owning a car is already a feat.

SO STOP SHOOTING CAR ENTHUSIASTS AND INSTEAD GIVE ENCOURAGEMENT!

Don't mind me, I'm not condemning anyone. Just rather fed up with people who give the terms "RICER" to others whereby they themselves do the damn same thing and even feature the rides. In fact the term RICER should only be given to those who DO dress up their rides AND drive like a lunatic. Don't harm the good term "CAR DRESS UP ENTHUSIASTS" for good.

So please people, do mod your rides beautifully and drive safely. Don't let the crow shooters harm the good namesake of dress up enthusiasts. We love and own our rides, they don't.

On an ending note, do enjoy whatever your modifications are, and DRIVE SAFELY. Leave the racings to the tracks at Pasir Gudang or Sepang, where you can endanger yourself all you want. Don't do it here in puny Singapore.

Peace everyone,
Ji

Ok so here's the breakdown of the latest updates since I was just too damn tired/cannot be bothered to blog.

Our team received a Bronze in SPINNOVEX for Outstanding Display Award! Congrats to us! WE DAMN WELL DESERVED IT. But somehow I felt that if we put in a little more effort, the Silver would have been quite attainable. Anyhows, I still felt damn good that we won an award at least. The award sure did bring a smile to my face for all the hard work that I put in. It was worth it, all of it. The late nights, the troubleshootings, the error codes, the tiresome scoldings I had to endure from my Supervisor. WORTH IT! And even though I was stood up by both my team-mates during the prize presentation of stage (THEY BLARDY LEFT ME THERE ALONE WITHOUT TELLING ME THEY LEFT OKAY!), I still felt it was deserved. The award I mean. I can tell you, Mr Ngai was bloody happy although no matter how hard he tried to cover it, the smiles just could not all be concealed. So regarding our FYP, hopefully I do get a B+ or above... And we still have to do another presentation this Friday to the Department of Industry Services people since our project is under them and they are interested in utilising our program for campus use.

Next would be that my dad is most joining Planet Fitness as well after the "psycho" session my mom and I gave him last Sunday morning. (I was dragged out of bed ok.) He likes the steam room though... And that reason alone is more than enough to get him to join. One more free month added to my account woo hoo!

Monday went to CMPB for my medical checkup for NS (National Service for those idiots who don't know). And here's the thing, I thought it'd be normal routine stuff, BORING you know. But instead stupid things happen. First I got chased out of the dental room because the guy next to me asked me a question and I replied. The 'dentist' told me to go to the back of the queue. WTF! But nahhs, it's alright. It doesn't matter to me anyways since when it was my turn I just smiled and playfully said "Solly Sir". The dentist was nice to me also la when it was my turn, I guess he was just PMS-ing. Heh. So blah blah went for my last station finally. Station 6. At the ECG (I can't remember what it stands for... but it isn't that important right?), suddenly while I was being monitored for readings, an officer came into the room searching for... Me! Scary shit man. Did I break the law or something? No. Only to find out there's something wrong with my blood... The officer was nice la, even assured me to help me take my queue number for my final checkup point after they took my blood sample. Here's the thing, before I had to go to the bloodtest station, I had to take my blood pressure etc. At that station, the army dudes taking the readings were talking about 'Nice female names'. It was damn hilarious man... So many kind of names guys can actually think of. So off I went to have my blood sucked out for lab test.

Came back to station 6, waited for my final checkup of my "D*CK". I tell you, everything on my sheet was PES A status then the doctor saw the blood test checkbox for "G6PD - unknown" ticked, I was given a PES D status for 1 month. Suay ah... 1 month later gotta go back. Damn sian... Hopefully in the end it's nothing big and I'll be PES A!

Had my NAPHA on Tuesday... Let's not ventue there shall we.

Today.... Took Oreo for her nail clipping session... Then tried the new MACS burger. The prosperity meal or something... Nice sia the black pepper beef! Try it. Like the Samurai burger some time back. Heh. Nice.

Anyways I still have to complete my BMD and WFAB report. Time to start working. Blog again some time soon. Thanks for reading though :]

Cheers!
Ji

P.s. NS.... I can't wait but yet I dread. The feeling of not seeing you makes it unbearable.

Thanks dear for the suer duper random post and yeap I really was damn sick yesterday and even so, I had to go for SPINNOVEX. Damn! Haha.. but okay lah. Alot of lecturers who came to visit and after explaining to them about my project they were telling me that it was a really useful program and indeed something that they were looking for to incorporate in the school system. But anyways, whatever it is, we'll see.

And baby, you looked fantastic in that red dress last night at the company's 20th Anniversary Dinner & Dance. You should've won best dress if it weren't for the fact that relatives and you(my gurlfriend) aren't able to compete. Heh.

Grandpa was also damn happy when he saw my haircut! Same as his! Haha.. botak. He kept saying that it was nice nice nice. Heh.

So here it goes, today, the last day of SPINNOVEX. Damn grateful to be in this exhibition. Thanks to my group members for putting the effort that they did. (I can't claim all the credit right? This is a group project dear friends.)

Still am a little sick though... Flu and abit tired. But I'll stop here anyhow.

This is Ji, signing out.
